The Prime Minister’s brother has made a surprising edict today that he’s ceasing politics, because he’s torn between genealogy patriotism and the national interest.
After losing a series of crucial referendums in the House of Commons over the last forty eight hours, Boris Johnson was in Wakefield this afternoon, where he again pledged to leave the European Union on 31 st October.
He “says hes” would rather “be dead in a ditch” than ask for another extension to Brexit. Members of Parliament will be asked to vote again on Monday on whether to hold an early general election.
Labour says it wants to rule out a no spate Brexit first.
